Fun classic old hotel. Check in staff seemed unfriendly to us Americans. We are a well behaved bunch and don't expect much, but common courtesy.

We were at the hotel for one night, checking in in the afternoon and out after breakfast. The hotel was comfortable for sleeping that night, but wasn't anything special. Granted we did not have time to take advantage of the hotel offerings. We walked the area in the evening and it was very pleasant.

Relaxing stay in quaint town

The hotel itself is amazing! Perfect location and my suite had awesome and unobstructed views. The staff was First Class! Super helpful and very efficient. They even got my weeks worth of laundry done; received it same day pressed and neatly folded. I’d like to give a shout-out to my new friend Darios (hope I spelled it right), who works hospitality and the bar. He is super friendly and will make anything happen, within what Norwegian law allows! LOL!!! He made an already excellent stay even better.
I’d go back not to only visit Molde, but to visit the hotel, and THEN visit Molde! Superb experience!

Posted 14 Aug 2024 on HotelsFantastic! To wake up and have the mountain view outside your window. Breathtaking. Morning coffee on the balcony with sea view. Great rooms, great food, and great staff. On the best location you can imagine. Best day of my holiday.

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and walking nearby. Parking a bit limited but they were helpful in helping us find some.
