An excellent hotel

What a wonderful experience we've had over Christmas. The staff were incredible, providing the best of care and comfort, both in our beautiful rooms entertainment lounge, and restaurant. We would definitely stay there again.

Christmas time stay.

We had a really good stay over Christmas. The hotel was clean and well designed. Our room was excellent. The only downside was the food overall could do with improvement, though the breakfast was excellent.

This is a bigger hotel than we normally stay in but for Halloween period it was virtually empty. The good free breakfast, nice pool area and UK TV were the best features.

Great Christmas holiday.

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff, though there seemed to be a lack of staff in the bar. So service was slow. Our room had a problem with the shower tray which leaked all over the bathroom floor

Excellent hotel - room spacious and comfortable but lacks tea/coffee making facilities. Food plentiful with numerous choices. However Hotel needs to establish ways in which to keep it hot as it quickly gets cold with present service.

From check in to leaving it was a poor experience. You can’t run a tab in a bar if you are a resident, there is no al a carte restaurant, the check in was very slow, the room is dated and uncoordinated, my air conditioning blew warm air and could not be adjusted, the line for coffee at breakfast was over 20 minutes, could not exit the car park on check out because I’d handed in my key card so had to go back to reception where I had just checked out and they told me I should have kept my key card. Trrrible, would not recommend and will never go again. It’s not 4 star it’s a package holiday hotel.

El horario de las comidas eran 2h. En cuanto llegaba la hora del cierre lo recogían todo a toda prisa, aunque hubiese gente desayunando-comiendo-cenando. Vas de vacaciones y quieres tener más margen porque vas desde la tranquilidad. Eran 2h: 8-10; 13.00-15.00 y 20,00-22.00. Dar un margen más de media hora o una hora por favor. En el comedor habían zonas donde la comida estaba fría (paellas). Busco cuando voy a hoteles gym y en éste tenías que pagar una cuota aún sin haber monitor… pienso que no es un servicio que contratas como un masaje para tener que pagar. Ya pagas bien por el hotel y forma parte del hotel. El horario es muy justo 10.00h-14.00h y 16.00h-20.00h. Deberia de estar de 7-21.00h. El spa es el peor spa en el que he estado en mi vida. Consta de dos jacussis (frío y caliente) y dos saunas (una rota). Vale 10€ (me parece excesivo para lo que te ofrecen… nos costó 5€ por haber una estación rota. El jacussi de caliente no estaba caliente. Cuando fuimos mi pareja y yo no pudimos ni meternos prácticamente al jacussi caliente porque fueron 4 señoras y no salieron de ahí en 1h. En la habitación las televisiones no tiene smart-tv. Fuimos con la intención de desconectar el fin de semana viendo nuestra serie y no pudimos verla. Son muy antiguas. En la habitación pasabas una calor brutal. En la animación que estaba en el bar, el sonido es horrible. No entendías las canciones además que era desagradable de lo fuerte que estaba. Era ruido más que música. La limpieza muy bien.

Nos dieron en temporada baja la peor habitación que encontraron, delante de la terraza habia un acceso y tuvimos que cerrar las cortinas los 2 días,cualquier habitación hubiera sido mejor. El desayuno muy malo, llegamos cuando faltaban 10 minutos y habían apagado las planchas, tuvimos que esperar a que se calentarán y luego retiraron lo que estaba expuesto sin contar que nosotros no habíamos terminado. Al día siguiente desayunamos en una cafeteria

El hotel genial pero el chiringuito de la playa es un caos, está mal atendido, no atienden a la comanda y una hora después te dicen que en cocina se olvidaron de una hamburguesa y cuando te quejas el encargado de turno te dice que “si tienes prisa al Mercadona”. Para no volver al chiringuito

¡El hotel es espectacular! Comida: La comida es excelente: variada, sabrosa y siempre bien presentada. El personal del comedor destaca por su amabilidad y atención constante. Instalaciones: Las cuatro piscinas son fantásticas, especialmente la zona con toboganes, que fue el lugar favorito de mis hijos. Animación: El equipo de animación es encantador. Todos los espectáculos han sido muy divertidos y entretenidos. Una mención especial para la monitora Gema, ¡una auténtica profesional que transmite alegría y energía! Reserve indicando como sugerencia y solicitud que venía a trabajar, por ello interese habitación tranquila. Nos dieron la habitación más próxima a los ascensores, segunda, circunstancia que obliga al paso de todos los huespedes de la zona, con vistas maravillosas al parking en el que estaban los autobuses circunstancia que aumentaba el ruido en la habitación, agradecer que se haya comprendido y atendido a mi sugerencia (sarcasmo pues no me podrían haber puesto en peor sitio creo yo). Respecto a la comida, entiendo que debido a los grupos (autobuses) hicieron que bajase la calidad pues fue muy monótona y repetitiva pollo, burguer mismo pescado, mismo postre día tras día…en mi opinion la comida no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas, si no más bien un 3 bajo. Respecto al personal del hotel encantador, desde el primero hasta el último y las instalaciones las entiendo adecuadas. Es mi humilde opinión conforme a mi experiencia
