"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful hotel, photos don't do it justice. There are over 450 species of plants, there is so much to look at. Every day you find a new beautiful plant that you hadn't seen previously. Rooms are super spacious, cleaning was fabulous. Breakfast had loads of choice. Animation team were great and really looked after the kids and made the adults feel involved too. Personally I wish there was more on for adults, more activities and the evening entertainment ended quite early. I would recommend going during their fiesta del Carmen last week of July and first week of August - you get to experience the local culture. Tourist tended to be more Spanish than English which I hadn't experienced before at other canary island hotels. Bowling is fantastic too, make use of it. A shame the spa isn't included as part of the price "

"Lovely view from room over garden to the sea. The food was very good. The pools were lovely and warm. Never a problem to find a sunbed. The staff were all fantastic. We asked to have a specific table in the restaurant on our last night as it was our anniversary and not only did they decorate the table for us, a bottle of cava and chocolate dipped strawberries were put in our room. Thank you everyone at Radisson Blu for making our stay so special."
