Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel. Just a hint, but thanks x

Posted 15 Apr 2024 on HotelsThis is just such an amazing place! The service, the quality, the hospitality and pretty much everything else at such a level! The breakfast is superb with lots of fresh cakes and a nice selection. Comfortable and and spacious rooms. There's no point in looking for restaurants in the area when you have the chance to be pampered by staff who are present and courteous but never intrusive. Dinners we had were the best we had on our 9 day trip in Sicily. The staff (both Antonio's and the dining staff) is the best you can find in an accommodation facility and we thank them for the kindness and courtesy that distinguished them over the three days we stayed there!structure in excellent condition. As an American, would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect in all. Only the bathroom was a bit on the small side. Otherwise this hotel is very very nice and we will be staying here again. Great value for money.
