This hotel is actually well situated, The San Giorgio church is located just the corner of the hotel, it is walking distance to the center, parking is available when you enter the hotel, however it is only a cul-de-sac! Although search Google map navigation that it a through road to take consequently the mistake took us great pain to back up our car and make the U turn!

Great location to enjoy Modica’s view
Posted 16 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe view from the balcony was worth the accommodation price. The room design may not be appreciated by all but is indeed unique. Some maintenance (ex. Shower wal) would be required to warrant the 4* rating.

Great location. No on site parking but was relatively easy to find on street free parking within an easy walk.
Slightly complicated system in the room to work the lights and the black bathroom was always a bit dark.

Central location,, minimal confort

Negatives: lighting system does not work well, very hard matress, noisy air-con, poor light in the bathroom, we got different and small room than the one agreed, and breakfast was very minimal
