I cannot get through to Expedia to make a complaint and ask for a refund. The room was filthy and I had to book another hotel. I need my money back. The hotel agreed to refund me once Expedia contacts them but I cannot get through to Expedia. I’m not longer going to use Expedia if I don’t get my money back.

The staff is very welcoming. Easy check in. The room was slightly updated and clean. Have us exactly what was needed.

It's an older property, but the staff are friendly and I got a decent night's sleep, which is all I wanted.
