I found this hotel a huge disappointment we arrived after having a pleasant stay at the Phi hotel in Bologna and expected a similar experience but that was not the case . One of lights in our room were blinking on and off so we called for service and informed it wasn’t the light but the wiring in the wall , the button to flush the toilet was malfunctioning, the glass on the vanity light was missing exposing the light bulbs, there was a pile of trash outside of our room in the hallway that sat there for two days , the curtains on the windows were torn and hanging off the rod , no one offered to help us with our luggage and was so noisy at night from street noise we couldn’t sleep . Having just stayed at their hotel in Bologna where we were happy this location was a huge disappointment to us .

OUTSTANDING Historic and beautiful hotel…first rate staff that were extra helpful when we needed it…Junior Suite was wonderful…with view of bell tower…would like to visit again and I will stay here in a Heartbeat…

Loved our stay. The room was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Great location for walking, sites, restaurants and public transportation
