Black Mold present in shower as well as vents in bathroom. Hotel staff or owners must live there as kids at all hours of night running up and down halls. Very unkept and billing mistake upon check in was assigned wrong person for check in ( even though they reviewed my ID) I had to Catch this on the screen .. not even sure how this could happen. I highly suggest avoiding like the plague ( what you might catch after staying there. In fact I have been sick since. I firmly believe it was room mold!!!

Having said that, i can assure you that no staff member or owners are allowed to stay on the property and we do not have any staff members/owners staying at the property. Noise could very well be from guest from other rooms. Check-In Error: We apologize for the confusion during your check-in process. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we will review our procedures to prevent similar issues in the future. I will surely try to investigate this personally to see what was the error in billing from our side. General Cleanliness: We are committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards and will address your concerns with our housekeeping team.We are truly sorry to hear that you have been unwell since your stay. Towels provided were quite scratchy and only 2 for 4 guests. Next day they picked up wet towels but didn’t leave fresh also didn’t make the beds. Opted to skip cleaning service the rest of the stay. Overall quiet and convenient stay for decent price.

Rooms were not cleaned and got moved three times yet all the same. Customer service was zero. No soap, lotion or toilet paper

The room was very spacious with everything we needed. As usual the bed was very comfy. A TV guide would be advantageous. There was a breakfast but think they could do better if you compare the offerings elsewhere.
