Avoid this property! This property definitely didn’t meet my expectations. The floor was extremely sticky in the room along with missing soaps. The shower head and other fixtures in the bathroom weren’t sealed to the walls making them loose when adjusting. The WORST part about this property was finding a cockroach upon waking up. Whatever you do, avoid this property!

Be very careful with your reservations at this property. We booked our one-bedroom suite through Expedia almost two months prior. However, upon arrival, the property management team told us that they do not like reservations booked through Expedia as they do not always show correctly in their system. The property allowed guests to stay over in their rooms and did not honor our reservation; instead, we were given a standard room.

Hotel location is great. Around lots of shopping and dining. But that's about all that's nice about it. Our room smelled of mildrew and mold upon walking in. We came in late so we didn't go back down for a different room. TV screen was broken and grey out picture. Upon check out mentioned all the above and front desk person didn't care at all. Breakfast was blah. But it waa free and came with room booking.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable and having several different firmnesses of pillows. I would go back for a stay.
