My room could’ve been a lot cleaner but my issue was with the housekeeper on the morning of checkout. She was knocking on my door trying to get into my room at 9:23 am. When I politely declined, she asked me if I had a late checkout. I told her that checkout was at noon not 9:30 am and suggested she stop trying to get into rooms this early. I do NOT appreciate being woken up by housekeeping. I was traveling on business and planned to sleep in today. This was unacceptable.

Property was accommodating the staff seemed more focused on a college football game then checking in customers.

They double charged me and then it took four separate occasions of calling the hotel to even get a hold of a manager that would refund me. Each time they said a manager would call me and never did. It took two weeks to finally talk to a manager and they were rude, interrupted me, and not kind. I was honestly surprised by how bad the service was. I would not recommend staying here.
