I have never written a review before (much less a negative one), but after staying here, I think others should be aware of what they’re getting themselves into before booking. I have never before had such a horrible experience with a hotel as I have staying here. If I could rate this property in negative stars, I would. The way we were treated by the staff was hostile and rude, and I will never stay at an Econo Lodge again after the experience I had here. Unless you were looking to be belittled, interrupted, and dismissed, I’d find a hotel as far away from here as possible. I am still shocked at how anyone, much less those in the hotel industry, would think it’s acceptable to treat another person the way we were here.
Note to management- please make sure you’re aware of the ADA rules and regulations before arguing with a customer about something you are not knowledgeable about. If I had any capacity left in me, I’d consider suing.
