Traveling with my wife and two kids. Very old outdated property. During our stay, the water went out. The water have to be delivered to the hotel and pumped into water tanks. Then are not attached to city supply or have their own well. The pump burned out and no standby replacements. So we could not use the bathroom for anything. The door the bathroom is busted. The door frame is broken like someone kick it in. The hotel manager refused to refund our money when they had no other room to move us to. The only plus is that it’s close to everything, food, bars, beach etc. We transferred to Badian to a much cleaner and nicer hotel, new.

Good day!We will take all these into account and shall better our service. We'd also like to note that we have informed you that Basdiot Moalboal (almost all 3 brgys) has no water ever since time thats why its our burden to get and buy clean water from neighboring towns to be delivered. It has also been informed that because of the South of Cebu power outage, some electrical wires has malfunctioned because of the newly powered lines installed by CEBECO and it is unfortunate that our pump broke down upon restarting. We have provided the basin and clean water to each room manually to support rooms as it was already at night (11PM) and no electrician can be contacted. The door frame also is not kicked in, if there were any problems also you could've provided to us within your 3N stay, so we could've transferred you to other rooms. The refund was not given because you booked online and there is a process that has to be taken, thus we have advised you contact your online booking website and we shall follow through but you refused to acknowledge. It is unfortunate that you experienced these events with us. We only hoped to have provided a better experience as sometimes events happen that are out of control. Thank you so much for understanding!

시설은 살짝 감안하시고 위치,친절한 직원들,가격 빠지는거 없이 그냥 모알보알가면 무조건 여기 가시면 됩니다. 고민할 필요도 없어요

Great stay great location

Location is amazing and central . Loved having a pool since the beach area all around there is not much sand. Food was very good and actually most affordable we could find in the area. 1 free water refill per day. Room was great everyone has a table and chairs and drying rack outside. Power and wifi is on and off which is normal in the area but worked more at the chili bar (wifi). They try though and have a lot of routers. Very cute huskies there too and ATM on site. They take cards but the power was out our last day all day so that was a bummer. The whole area electricity was getting repaired we could see them fix it, it wasnt only hotel.

Nice staff. Nice pool. Good foods. Pleasant communal garden. Right in the heart of the action. I would recommend.

Great location and very affordable. The pool is a nice touch. Ocean is within walking distance. Staff are very helpful.
