Customer service was awesome. Especially the night front desk worker on 11/15/24. She really went above and beyond and was so nice!

The hotel is updated since we first stayed here nearly ten years ago, nice.
-Room was comfortable, clean, well appointed.
- Window is facing Highway and road/traffic noise was loud during evening, but reduced by the presence of multiple window panes; keeping hvac fan on continuously covered road noise during the night and we slept fine.
- HVAC unit was quieter than most hotels, comfortable temp.
-Mattress was comfortable.
-Bed linen (top comforter/duvet cover (not bottom sheet or pillows) had very strong cologne odor not from laundry soap (cologne spilled on it? Strong enough to wake me during the night and made me worry that linens might not be clean), housekeeping changed bed linen on day asked to do so, fixing the problem.
-Two days of 3 night stay required us to have keys reprogrammed when we came back to hotel after days activities and keys did not work.
-Front hand railing along sidewalk uphill of main entry is rusted through and loose.
