Posted 22 Jul 2019 on HotelsIt was a great stay! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are larger than any I have ever been to in Japan. Lots of amenities, from personal needs to cleansing products. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Yakota AFB. It is adults only and once you get over the fact that there are no keys to the room, you will love it! You just ask them to open door and the door opens. However if you needed to get out for an Emergency there is a key above your door. I can’t say enough about the service there. Housekeeping is amazing! I will definitely book again if we go back to Yakota AFB.

Never stay at this hotel
Posted 28 May 2018 on OrbitzStaff would not allow family member to stay or visit. Also no room key was available, had to call front desk to gain access and leave room. Called orbitz since then booked the room, they were was able to get my money back,
Very disappointing in Orbitz for suggesting they hotel.

駐車場広いし台数も多く停めれるのに結構いっぱいで止めるの少し苦労しました。人気のホテルですね！スタッフさんの対応はとっても親切でした！

このタイプのホテルではよくある話ですが、部屋の空気が悪いです。空気清浄機くらいは少なくとも設置して欲しいと思います。
