建物が古い部分を清掃でカバーしてあり、清潔感はあった。しかし、排気口でしょうか、浴室前の嫌な臭いが気になりました。浴室ドアも開けれなくて、かなり苦労しましたし、シャワーの使用も一苦労でした。ホテル検索時に見たHPの朝食や室内の写真とあまりにも異なっていて驚きました。

設備は経年劣化の老朽化が目立つので、改めてリノベーションをしていただきたいです。 でもフロントの方々の対応は親切で気持ち良く宿泊出来ます。ドン・キホーテと直結も珍しく快適に過ごせます。

とてもキレイでした。スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、丁寧にご案内いただきました。朝食も熊本らしさがあり、食べ歩きした気分も味わえました。立地も申し分なく、駐車場も近かったです。 気になったところは、朝食9:30までとなってたのでら9:00すぎに降りたところ、看板が09:00までと誤った表記になっておりました。細かいところですみません。

ドンキにホテル内の通路から行ける。別館のフロントは、ドンキ通路があるので、雑多な賑やかさがある。部屋は静か。 ドンキの宮崎炭火焼き鶏が安くてお土産に最適！

ツイン利用しました。ベッドも部屋も広くてソファーもあり、ゆったりできました。 設備の古さは仕方なく、その分料金が安いのでありがたいです。繁華街の真ん中なので食事や買い物にも便利。朝食スタッフの対応も良くいい一日のスタートができました。宮崎に行くならまた利用したいです。 スタッフさんに教えてもらった空港の鯖寿司、とても美味しかったです！しかも一本1000円とは、安い！

場所は、歓楽街から近く、所要がある人は便利であった。エレベーターが一度必ずフロントの5階で停止するため、理解が定着するまで、じかんを要した。是正していただく、又は、それを宿泊者が分かるようにした方がエラーが生起しなくなると思う。
