The facility is a bit old, but service was very good. Very friendly hotel staff. Free breakfadt buffet was really delicious!

A nice hotel but forgot about Covid at breakfast!!
Posted 1 May 2021 on HotelsIt was fine and clean, and the receptionist was very friendly.
However, the breakfast buffet was not good. The food was OK, but despite the risk of Coronavirus all the windows seemed to be closed (even though it wasn't cold outside and there were plenty of windows that could have been opened easily), and one guest came into the restaurant with no mask and the staff didn't do anything. He continued to help himself to food and drink without wearing a mask, coughing on the drink machine. The staff should have warned him.

Good place to stay in Miyakonojo with a car
Posted 23 Jan 2020 on HotelsGood place for family staying. Warming room, clean surrounding, kind staff, excellent morning bufe, wide parking lot, hot water for eliminating vehicle window ice, free tea.....Strong recommendation if you have a car.
The only uncomfortable thing is English conversation. Most of staffs can't speak English properly.

We stayed there for couple of days.
I was little worried because it’s country side of japan..... there is still old hotels.
Room is clean as other city hotel and great location for restaurants. It’s about 2000 yen to ride cab to get Miyakonojo-City.
Also we love breakfast. Japanese style breakfast is include to the price. Not extra charge.
If you don’t like Japanese breakfast, there is western style too. There is hot/cold tea, coffee, orange juice, milk and more.
When I go to Miyakonojo-Shi again, I will stay there again for sure.
