"Well located property, close to most tourist sites. On site parking quite expensive at ¥1500 a day. Long stay guests (e.g. 5 nights) have to pay extra if they want the room cleaned or sheets changed during their stay. Otherwise, the property is beautiful architecturally, and well located for sightseeing. Hotel is right next door to the train station."

"This hotel is well-run, if a bit sterile. The onsens -- one large and older with exquisite outdoor rock pools; the other brand new -- make this hotel special and are the best reason to stay here. The building is a bit old and tired except for a new wing. And the breakfast is pricey for what is offered. I also found the pillows very uncomfortable: too big and too hard. But for a short stay, the hotel did not disappoint."

"Loved this hotel! Room was bigger than expected (Deluxe Hollywood Room) and was very clean. Check-in/out was easy with friendly and professional staff available to assist. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Main attractions were within walking distance (10-20 mins walk). Public transportation nearby (10 mins walk). Wish we stayed longer than one night for greater use of the facilities. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing experience, staff was extremely kind and helpful especially with my little to no Japanese. Food service was a rush but arriving minutes, maybe 20-30mins before your time will benefit you. Especially at breakfast, that long line was no joke so be the first one there. Dinner was easy, almost no wait. Onsen was perfect, amenities was full.
