Great place. Very clean and convenient room and its faciities. Nice pool. A lot of spots to relax inside the hotel.
Rooms with balkony at 3rd floor are not air conditioned. At hot days ask for ventilator.

Our family of four spent two nights here in May. What a magical place, the setting is perfect for recharging. There is adventure to be found for sure, however after a busy week exploring Austria on our way to Italy, we simply enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and relaxing with a book. Our suite had a balcony with incredible views of the mountains and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay!

Lovely views - service could be improved.
Posted 3 Sep 2019 on HotelsLovely hotel, great spa, stunning views, but the layout (which can't be helped) is a bit odd and as such there wasn't much of a warm welcome when checking in or sign of any staff throughout my stay - which was a real shame.
