"My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda. The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep. Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines. The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night. In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. "Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. The views, spa and events were also faultless. It's the best hotel we have stayed in and definitely nudging 5 star in our opinion. Well done. Keep up the good work. We don't often revisit as the world is a big place but highly recommend anyone who wants some peace and quiet, good food and enjoys nature, stunning scenery and relaxation. The only thing to remember is your Google translate for the menus and signage which is in German including the spa where the tradition is to use towels only "

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!"
