Property was excellent, modern and stylish.
Was in a great location for as we were close to all the locations we wanted to see.
Rooms were clean, large spacious shower & bedding was comfortable.
The Main Downfall was the lack of spa, pool or gym. Shortly before our stay, We found out these facilities had been closed since the 11th of November but we were only informed on the 26th which is a real shame. Upon emailing about this prior to our visit, we were met with no response.
We wouldn’t have been so disappointed if we were informed earlier or some sort of a ‘gesture of good will’ had been offered.
Overall, a great experience though besides the facilities and we would likely book again.

It would be nice for customers to know that they are to pay a €50 per night charge that is not included in the information after booking.
Also the pool, spa, and gym. Were all closed. Resulting in a less than expectation stay.
Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean. Just be cautious that you wont get what you expect.
Also has one of those scammy minibar arrangements.

Over all the hotel was nice but the WiFi was terrible it kept dropping out every five minutes

I spent 4 nights at the Pullman, it was very comfortable and quiet. My room had a lovely view of the Tiergarden and city view also.
