The hotel was conveniently placed for the Xmas markets and all historical locations. It was quiet, clean and the staff help full.
The only faults were breakfast in the ground floor restaurant which was very busy and people were hovering for seats. The 2nd floor one was much more relaxed.

Great hotel in a great location, very easy train service from BER airport and easy walk to the Brandenberg gate and tourist sites

They can improve the cleaning and the sewer system
