Self service check in was easy. Room was clean and smart. Location is very good for nollendorfplatz and the gay district

Excellent stay, the room was super comfortable for a family of 4 (superior family roome). The breakfast was great, the only thing I didnt like is the shower was quite slippery.

The hotel is clean and the room was great. So cosy and comfy. As other reviews state, there is a bit of an issue with check in taking a while, however we were offered some drinks tokens to use at the bar which is really nice. The drains in the bathroom smelled bad when you had a shower, not sure if this is due to the size of the hotel?

This was my second trip to Hotel Berlin and it won't be my last. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I enjoy using the gym and the breakfast selection is very good. Staff are very helpful and they did an amazing job to help my mother celebrate her birthday and overcome her mobility issues.
