Very poor maintenance. Almost no water pressure in the shower broken fixtures and peeling paint
Also room smells of humidity or mold

This was a great location for us. About 3 -4 blocks to the S-Bahn station w/ 2 different lines crossing. Not far from Potsdammer Platz, about 20 minute walk, or take the S-Bahn.
Continental breakfast included w/ Capaccino, other coffee or drinks.
Kitchenet in room, modern building and rooms. Nice bath w/ towel warmer, shower with glass that covers more than England where you end up showering the floor too. So, no mess when taking a shower. Has a wall bracket/ switch you are supposed to put your room cardkey in to enable lights to be turned on -some German CO2 "Green" thing, but I found you could just put a couple biz cards in it and the lights will work.
Staff were very nice and helpful for a couple Yanks that don't speak much German. Grit was especially helpful, she helped us get our luggage from Lufthansa that left all the luggage in Munich, a phone call from her in German was super.

Overall, the property is good value for money with two negatives: it is a little distant from the centre of activities, like museums. one has to rely on public transportation,eg, metro to go anywhere. The kitchen area is very small and very difficult to prepare a meal. Breakfast is the only meal we prepared.

Booked very last minute (same day), woman at reception as lovely and thorough with her instructions. Room was very clean, nice to have stocked kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet in a peaceful neighbourhood, steps from metro. Would stay there again and recommend!!!

Small studio with very friendly staff. Easy access to either the Bulow, Glesdreicke or Kurstendamm Strasse U Bahn train stations. Postdammstrasse, a busy street with a ReWe market is two blocks away down Pohlstrasse.
During one of our daily excursions, we were able to walk from the Flottwell to the Brandenburger Tor and back. Took two trips to Potsdam, and the train access was easy.
