More amenities would be nice
Posted 10 Aug 2023 on HotelsRooms are basic and the bed was a little hard. The staff (and there was a very large staff at the restaurant and the front desk) were friendly. It must have been low season because it seemed to have double the amount of people as necessary in the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast was great! The location is close to a beautiful park and the Zoo. A fitness center would be ideal

Dear Kelley, thank you for chosing our hotel and your comment. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied. Our box spring beds are always praised by the guests, although it is very individual how the mattresses are perceived. However, a complete replacement of the mattresses had been planned for quite some time and has already begun in the meantime. We are planning a major renovation for the swimming pool/sauna area on the 17th floor of our hotel. Therefore, this area will certainly remain closed until the end of 2023. Nice spot, if a little noisy at night
Posted 30 Jun 2022 on HotelsVery nice location, easy access to tram/rail. Sadly not much around in west of restaurants but the hotel restaurant more than made up for this. Single room was comfortable but a bit warm. I had the windows open but it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to return.

Great clean good value hotel with helpful staff
