Great location and love all the provided supplies. Very thoughtful and know what guest would need. I feel like I was at my own apartment.

Comfortable small apartment, great location

Very comfortable small apartment in tidy and clean building with a nice entrance a lobby. auto check in was easy. Location is great near train station and inner city, while also being affordable.

Solid Nürnberg Accommodation

It was a very pleasant stay! Apartment hotels are the way to go to feel the comfort of a home on the go, but knowing it receives the care of a nice hotel. The automated check-in and check out was new for us, but it worked out incredibly well with no issues. The hotel is in a great spot within walking distance to most attractions in Nürnberg and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Would definitely stay here again!

In theory it is a great concert, self check in. In practice it doesn’t work. No instructions for how to use the QR code to get in the hotel. Lockers for luggage but no way to reenter the hotel to retrieve luggage after check out. Phone number given by hotel never responded to our call or our email. Musty smell on headboard and throw pillows. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Huge disappointment. Maybe with time they will correct the above problems because the location is perfect and the decoration in modern and fun.

The room was very spacious and clean, good kitchen facilities. Aircon kept noice, but actually did not cool the room at all. Note that there is no tv in the room. Good location close to railway station. Good grocery shop nearby. Easy self-check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Ich hatte ein comfort studio für 2 reserviert, und als wir dann angekommen sind, hieß es beim Selbst Check In, dass unsere Buchung nicht gefunden wird. Anschließend haben wir angerufen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung storniert wurde, was aber natürlich nicht stimmte. Nach paar Überlegungen vom Personal wurde uns eine neue Reservierungsnummer mitgeteilt, und wir haben ein komplett anderes Apartment bekommen, für nur eine Einzelperson!!! Also mussten wir uns ein kleines Bett teilen mit einem Kissen und einer Decke, da nach erneutem Anruf uns 2x aufgelegt wurde. Fanden wir sehr frech! Naja, und dann hat es aus dem Badezimmer noch sehr gestunken vom Kanal oder ähnliches...also ich habe gesehen,dass dieses Apartment gute Rezessionen hat, kann ich aber leider dadurch was war, nicht wiedergeben. Ein Stern, I'm sorry!
