"It was good. There was some misunderstanding regarding the shuttle from the airport. We were told it was running 24/7 and then they back tracked and said it was only running until 8pm. Then a shuttle showed up and took us to the hotel?!?! So it was a bit misleading."

"The hotel is in a great area within walking distance to many restaurants. You can’t drive your vehicle to the front door which is a bit of an inconvenience if you have lots of stuff, it’s about 25 meters from the drop off area to the front door so not a deal breaker. Parking was free but you had to park in a lot across the street. The rooms were dated but clean. It’s a partial hotel/condo with people living there. "

"The front desk staff and shuttle service driver (tall, skinny, male, glasses, from Chandigarh) went beyond the call of duty as far customer service went. Anything we asked for was accommodated with a smile and great customer service. "
