Front desk staff very unprofessional and not friendly at all. Overall my interaction with them alone will keep me from staying at this hotel again

The property is conveniently located. The hotel tells us at check in they clean the room every 3 days. Well we were only staying 3 days. When we stay at a hotel we expect rooms cleaned. I know the industry has gotten away from this since COVID, but we are now in 2024 and the fact they have kept this policy is sad.

There was a toilet blockage. Told the front desk the situation, was informed that was not emergency. We had to take care of ourselves. The staffs never followed up with us.
