The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice courtyard. We stayed for one night in a 2-queen bed room. The room was spacious and had a sitting area with sofa bed and TV. The breakfast was good with several options. I didn't see any restaurants near the hotel but a few minutes drive will give several choices of restaurants. It was a pleasant stay overall and I'll stay here again next time I'm in that area.

The Ayers Hotel was very nice. They offered a limited menu but was adequate. I especially appreciated that they did not charge for parking.
