The hotel room was dirty, unkept with a ripped couch, random hairs (not ours) on the bed when we first arrived. The blankets also had stains, the left side of the sink the in the bathroom was being held up by what appeared to be cut up key cards. The door to the bathroom looked like it either had termites or some other type of damage to it. The sprinkler had a rust water stain dripping from it. When I called to complain to the front desk, they advised they were sold out and didn’t have any other rooms to offer. They failed to offer to provide clean blankets or sheets. In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, I saw a nail clipper had left behind on the bottom of the bed and it was not ours. When I called expedia to complain, they advised that the hotel staff said they had provided us a new room when I complained that night, which was a lie. I was unhappy with our stay, barely slept and arrived around 11:30pm so I didn’t want to go around town hunting for a room. I would NOT recommend. Prior to this I had always had great experiences at doubletrees, but this one was bad.

Being a former team member and an long time loyal guest and Honors Member having visited numerous Doubletree brands this location was the dirtiest of all. Im almost sure because this visit was through a third party Expedia we received one of the less than desired rooms. However the surroundings and entrance along with the filthy entrance and elevators this location was overpriced and not well maintained. The guest restroom was the cleanest of all areas. Sorry but being Hilton brand this was not acceptable. However i do understand the shortage of positions and teammates.

This property is in need of some serious upgrades. We stayed at this doubletree for two nights and did not enjoy our stay. Our room smelled like mildew. The smell was so bad that we had to sleep with the sliding glass door open. The carpet in our room was severely stained and ripped up. The walls were scratched up and stained and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. This hotel clearly hasn’t been updated in a long time. There were signs on the property that stated to gain access to the pool that you needed a room card to gain access but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. A room card was only needed for the rooms. We are not going to revisit this property.

Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are good as well. The parking structure needs to be better though. Walking the lobby and the parking areas are not that safe in my opinion. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.
