Staff was professional and very attentive to your needs. Also, this place has English speaking personnel, which, is rare in the northern Japan.

Staff are very nice and helpful. They assist us in shipping our luggages to our next destination.
They have a staff member who is very fluent in English and that helps us with everything else. Breakfast was ok. It’s mostly Japanese food for breakfast but it was good.

Keep in mind this is Misawa and not Tokyo.. So as long as you don't demand a 5 Star Hilton Hotel suite you'll be very satisfied to stay here.. The entire property was clean inside and out.. The front desk folks were great and helped with all of our needs.. Two thumbs up.. Again, it's Misawa not Tokyo.. I'll never be in Misawa again but if I were to be I would stay here again without hesitation..

This hotel was very close to the Misawa Air Base for our convienence. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Having an onsen at the hotel for hotel guests was very enjoyable. Breakfast was included and although it was mainly focused for Japanese tastes it had enough for Americans to fill up on such as eggs, sausage or bacon, rolls, white rice, juice and coffee. We were very pleased with our stay.
