Terrible check in experience, we made a mistake with the booking & the staff made us feel like criminals. The property was not very clean and overpriced for what it was. No elevators so had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor with air cons sticking out into the hallway which was 1000 degrees. The view of the ocean was lovely, but that was about the only good thing with this property. The fruit served at breakfast was rotten too.

One of the best hotels that we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Right up against the beach front with beautiful views, modern and spacious rooms, and great facilities.
The food served at the restaurant was reasonably proced and delicious, and the hotel is very close to Mirissa Beach and Turtle Point.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, making our stay a very positive experience.
We will definitely be back when travelling Sri Lanka next, and would highly recommend to anyone else going through Mirissa.

You will probably be fine based on the majority of reviews here and I really wanted to love it, but having to move rooms due to cockroaches and food poisoning on the last day, I’m afraid 3 stars is all I can give. I didn’t find the rooms particularly clean or comfortable either.
Location is great in terms of the beach but everything else is either a 30 minute walk or tuk tuk ride away.

Nice hotel directly at the ocean, great food
Posted 13 May 2023 on HotelsWe had a great stay here and treated our Sri Lankan family. The chef and kitchen and service was phenomenal and the rooms were great. Lot of room. Ensure to enter the number of people you plan to have with you while booking, otherwise you might get surprising surcharges. I checked online and could have gotten the same rate I paid if I entered the right amount of people. The hotel manager was not very pleasant, I guess he saw the Dollar signs in his eyes when he saw a foreigner coming in.
I would probably stay here again, but there are many other places in the south we are going to check out first.

Beach n Bliss in Mirissa, Sri Lanka is an incredible property with exceptional hospitality. The staff is kind, helpful, and sweet, making the stay unforgettable.
The General Manager, Mr Rusiru, personally took care of all our requirements and made us feel at home. Only regret is that we didn't get to see his music performance live!
Mr Kenath, handles the bar, but he is everywhere, taking care of all that needs to be taken care of. We haven't met a person like him in a long time. He felt like a caring elder brother.
Chef Priyantha's preparations are delicious.He is always happy to customize dishes. Ruwan and Mahesh in the restaurant are extremely courteous and helpful.
The property offers a hassle-free pickup from the airport, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with balconies and bathtubs. The property is within walking distance from Mirissa beach and has its own private beach area. The common pool is big and well-maintained, and the restaurant and bar are amazing. The team helped with renting bikes and cars and came to our rescue when we ran into trouble with the local traffic police. The property is clean, and quiet, and offers several areas to sit and relax or work. On my partner's birthday, they organized an amazing cake and wine. The team found us another amazing property for the next leg of our stay and negotiated the price for us, costing us the same. Overall, staying at Beach n Bliss should be on everyone's to-do list while in Mirissa.
