This hotel has got all amenities and it is best for couples for a peaceful visit from anywhere around the world.
Mr Sapuan from F and B department is the best person and overall staff also very good.
You should try their ala carte menu specially chicken tarioke

Under staffed
Posted 17 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is under staff do check in took a long time. There were 4 different families staying & we all had different issues. Rooms are made really late. There is no partition in the shower so everything gets wet. The key stopped working after 2 days. The sir cond was not working & they had to change room. overall the stay wasn't that pleasant.

I like the Pullman hotel. The only disappointment is no more tooth brush available and the man cooking eggs at breakfast is bad at it. Should be dishwasher.

Inhouse multi-storey carpark which helps if you have an expensive vehicle. Check-in can be improved as it is quite busy, the room is unavailable until 4 pm, was upgraded to a bigger room which was nice! Very big room with a dining table and a big fridge. Overall a pleasant stay.
