When we arrived we were told the elevator was not working. They offered a comp night, but because we paid Expedia they couldn’t guarantee the refund. There were broken fixtures in the room and the shampoo, conditioner, body soap dispensers were empty.

Elevators did not work. Staff low; had to wait for them to come to front desk each time. No towels in the room. No assistance with anything

Elevator did not work. Can hear people outside your room pretty easily. Rooms smell like mildew. Overall, not terrible for a one night stay.

The hotel wreaks of mold, the walls and floor are so thin that it feels like you’re going to fall through the floor. The mattresses on the bed and sofa bed were disgustingly dirty. Definitely not comfortable for a family to stay. Charged way too much for poor accommodations

I filled this out right after our stay and didn't get a response. We paid for room with 2 queen beds, were give a room with only 1 bed. They moved us to a room that smelled of chemicals so badly we couldn't breathe. We were then given keys to a room that hand't been cleaned. Finally the 4th room was ok. The woman at the desk handling all these changes was irritated, rude. All this took several hours and so we had to cancel our plans for that evening. We're requesting a refund.

Our room 104 was very dated. Smelled musty and felt damp. Room needed a very thorough cleaning!! Coffee machine didn't work.
