When there are zero staff around to help you with anything it stops being a hotel. Expedia should not advertise it as such.

After a long hike uphill to reach the hotel, the lift failed which meant I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. Then the electronic key to my room didn't work. There were no staff on hand to sort the problem out. It was getting late and my only option was to check into another hotel down the road. Thank goodness they had space.

Das zimmer wurde nie gemacht. Personal haben wir praktisch gar nicht gesehen.

Leider gab es keinen Föhn im Zimmer. Ansonsten sehr sauber und angenehm.

War schade dass das Zimmer um 17.15 noch nicht bezugsbereit war. um 17.40 hats dann geklappt.

Gute ÖV Verbindung, schöne Aussicht (Seeseite), z. Z. wird nebenan am Tag noch gebaut, Alles sehr sauber!

Sehr schöne Aussicht und gute Lage. Leider kein Föhn vorhanden im Badezimmer. Würde es jedoch jederzeit wider buchen.
