Bad service. Place on the 4th floor between rooms with dogs.

Hi LeClayton,Guest service is our number one priority at the Candlewood Suites in Minot. We are a pet friendly hotel and apologize for any inconvenience that the dogs have may caused you during your stay. When you brought the barking dog to our attention, we did call the guests room and rectified the situation. We also offered alternatives such as a room move and were waiting to hear back from you so you would have a comfortable stay. I have refunded one-night of your stay as a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge that there was an issue, and we tried to rectify it. We hope this will not prevent you from staying with us again. We hope to see you when your travels bring you back to the Minot area.

The staff is very kind, courteous and always make me feel as an invited guest. As a long term stay property the option to dine out or cook your own meals is a great advantage. The property is clean and amenities such as laundry room or in need of towels or trash bags is a phone call away. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood.

The staff is very kind, courteous and friendly. Check in was quick and informative. My stay was for R&R, along with the amenities offered at Candlewood shopping and dining is a quick drive. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood Minot.
