The only upside to thing place was the price. I should’ve read more in depth of the reviews before I booked it and that was my mistake. I’m not sure what year the photos of this property were taken but they do not accurately depict the property currently. The pool and hot tub are in horrific shape, the hot tub wasn’t even operational the first 2 days we were there, the chemical smell was so strong my eyes are still burning! The cement and lining in and around the pool is all cracked and there is pieces of cement all over the pool floor. The rooms were somewhat clean, no carpeting to be found and the floors were super sticky. The air freshener in the room was nauseating, the sheets had cigarette burns on them and they only clean your room every 3 days, which was super convenient…. The staff was pretty brutal as well, but I’m seeing that is par for the course in this day and age. There was also an old mattress left in the hallway for the better part of 2 days. All in all this place is so poorly ran and kept it’s almost laughable. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend it.

Manager is inept and rude. Treats his employees like dirt. Yelling and berating them in public. We had a broken bed in our room. Spoke with him about fixing it. After 13 hours came back and our room was turned upside down. No new bed and the mattress off the other bed was standing on top of our bags. Night staffer then moved us twice because the first move was to a room that the carpet was soaking wet. Next day spoke with manager to get a refund. He refused. Offered us a discount on another stay. But wrote on the paper that that offer would expire in 2 months time. Had to get Expedia involved and then he agreed to refund one night. The property is in shambles as well. Broken floor tiles, drains that don't drain, grout pieces all over the bottom of the pool. No pool towels and we were told by housekeeping that we couldn't get towels for our room because they didn't have enough to stock all the rooms. Poorly managed. Poorly maintained. Just don't stay there. Spend your money elsewhere.

Although it was conviently located, the bathroom light did not work. We were told they could not fix it. There was no microwave and it took 4 hours to get one When trying to plug it in we found cigarette butts behind the TV. The door slammed into the light. Tiles broken. Weird smell.
