Very kind owner, willing to listen to feedback for improvements. really like the triangular shower tub and bathroom design, gives more elbow room, BUT the door needs to be changed. When bathroom door is swung in, it blocks access to over half of the tub. I suggest a folding closet door type , or a door that disappears into the wall. Also the refigerator had no control. It did freeze bottles in the freezer compartment , which is good. BUTI it froze other things on the shelves. Microwave needs an upgrade. one stairwell was too hot. Elevator was broken. Only given one set of towels, and they were not refreshed for my 2nd day. nice and quiet, felt safe. No breakfast, but did have coffee. reasonable price, and so easy to find by I-39

Staff made it extremely hard to get it and weren't the easiest to explain our situation to. Expedia was trying to clarify and verify our reservations with them but **coincidentally** front staff would walk away from the phone and only coming back when it stopped ringing.... Thankfully, we were able to have Expedia representative on our phone who was willing to put their foot down about our reservations and got us in. So beware of that if you're using Expedia.. may run into hiccups.. Hopefully they discontinue service with each other because it was a difficult hassle especially while we were so tired from long rides and wanted to simply lay down. It was only for one night.. Eventually got in though. Beautiful view, alot of dead bugs but thankfully yes, dead lol. AND that was to be expected because it's very close to water. but probably won't be back due to the situation being so difficult to navigate through.. Overall very basic and simple room. No AC, they had a fan in the room for you to use, but it was a very powerful fan!!! Made the room cold at night lol, I'm sure if you're booking through OYO it'll be no problem at all though with the check in process! Cool for a short stay!

Hotel Closed

This hotel was closed. The place was under construction and no one was there. Doors were licked. Called hotels . Co right away. Its not open

Sketchy at best

Out of order elevator, used/opened toiletries (soap) and questionably clean (possibly used?) towels. Hole in corner of mattress (possible drug hiding spot???) Just bought by another company according to desk clerk so maybe will improve under new ownership.

Keep driving! The entrance is unattended at any hour, you must dial staff (living on premise of course). There is a roll up door over the host stand like the dang bus terminal and you can see why. Rooms are filthy and unkept, maintenance is minimal if done at all. Housekeeping is NOT CHANGING LINENS. I found a bloody dried cotton ball in the sheets of the bed that had also stained the sheets, don't know how long ago it got there but someone just pulled up the sheets. The floor was also filthy, I had the maintenance man sweep up a handful of filth. I got another room only to find that the toilet looked like someone peed in in and never flushed and feces covered the whole bowl. Staff said it looked like a bunch of chewing tobacco, likely was but pure filth that housekeeping didn't even care t clean. Got a 3rd room the manager cleaned herself and it was ok. To be fair, she was asled to relocate here and run the place with no budget, no control and no support. She is trying but without support it won't happen here. Move on if you value your heath or marriage.

Location was great for us but their ice machine was broke, towels were stained, no coffee pot in room, mini fridge FROZE my insulin pen and the complementary Coffee wasn’t ready til AFTER 9am, beds were not made up for us and looked like the beds were made by a blind person.
