"The management was incredibly kind and helpful when we needed to make a last minute change in our plans. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to come back whenever we are in Duluth. Our kids love the pool and water slide and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable!"

"The location was awesome just a few minutes from Target Field. Would have given it a 5 star but the 1st night the AC was not working right. Next morning told the lady at front desk and she said she would make a note on it. When we came back late afternoon it still wasn't working right. Told a male clerk at the desk and when we came back that night we had a comfortable room."
