We came through to go see a Vikings game and during our stay the staff was polite and super helpful with directions and recommendations. Very clean and well organized inside and outside the hotel. Very nice play to stay.

The staff member that greeted us, i believe her name was Natalie, was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beyond my expectations for the very affordable price. The outside area was also very nice with a gas lit fireplace and grills welcome for us to use.

The property has a pool, it's listed in the amenities. When we were there in September it was not open. The manager was very rude about this and wouldn't refund anything or make any accommodations. DO NOT book at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, smelled wet, breakfast is terrible (cereal/fruit/cold eggs), the bathtub did not drain... the list goes on. I called the manager about a couple different things but she did not care. I also am reporting this property to Marriott - this is not Marriott standards.

Thank you for your feedback. There is an outdoor pool, but due to the time of year in Minnesota our pool is scheduled to close following Labor Day.You were given the opportunity to cancel your stay and a refund would have been given with no penalties. You did decide to stay.As for the room issues they have been addresses by our Chief Engineer. Breakfast attendant has been made aware of your feedback on the eggs. I am sorry that you didn't find anything with our breakfast that was to your liking. We do have an extensive variety of breads, oatmeal, meats, juice, coffee, etc to make a breakfast.We have spoke with the manager that was on and I apologize your interaction didn't go well. If you do have any further feedback or would like to talk about this please don't hesitate to contact the hotel directly.Thank you again for taking time to share your honest feedback.

Bed was hard. Room was beyond hot even after I set the AC low. Morning front desk lady was short with me and seemed pissed off. I would expect a smile or a good morning. Looked like she hated her job
