The front desk person was calm, efficient, and friendly. She showed much more professionalism than I expected from a place as affordable as this. The van drivers were also super friendly. I will almost certainly stay here again when I need to get to the airport early.

This place is very dirty and run down. The floor was more comfortable than the bed. They may have a free shuttle to the airport but they dont tell you that they charge you per night to keep your car there even if you stay there. It would have cost less to stay at a decent hotel and not have to pay for all the parking. I knew I made a mistake when I walked in the front lobby and saw mold around the windows, stained furniture and wallpaper actually hanging off the walls.

I wasn’t allowed to check in for being under 21 even though I am over 18 for “state law”. Wasn’t shown any proof or any information prior or after being charged for the room. I asked for a manager/supervisor and all I got was constant “I’m just doing my job” which I understand and that’s why I wanted to speak with someone in charge. All I got was a dismissive “you Can talk to him Monday” and slip of paper with seemingly fake emails. Bout an hour later my partner(23) was able to check us in with his ID. But when it came to signing and payment for security deposit they required MY signature and information. When I asked if this was correct and if they needed his instead sure enough it was. The property around is bumpy, uneven and just not well designed. The interior could use work. The room was stuffy and the bathtub seemed dirty. For the price and inconvenience? Not sure if it was even worth how cheap it was.

Dirty, no one asked me if I needed help or if I was checking in. Carpet old. Drafty. Poor maintenance not attended to. First floor room I was given was small, too hot in room, vanity mirror in bathroom did not work, screws loose in nightstand lamp, bed was horrible, springs in mattress old so bed was nothing good to lay on. Not evee returning here.

I should have read the other reviews and trusted it. Do NOT stay here.
Airport shuttle, you wait over 45 minutes to an hour after calling the hotel twice checking on if a shuttle is actually coming. Parking lot looks like a bomb went off. Potholes everywhere, run down hotel chunks missing on the hotel building itself. Front desk speaks in broken English at the hotel. All the carpet heading to your room is stained, ripped and bubbled. Each hallway smells like pot. I stayed in a king-size sweet and it smelled like pot. Lamp shades had rips and tears in them. Light bulbs for two different colors and all the lamps. The bed was a u-shaped and you could feel the springs popping out everywhere. The shower tub was so gross that I didn't even shower. Toenail polish stains on the tile.
Clientele is two steps above homeless. To vending machines we're out of order.The complimentary breakfast was pieces of bread, three English muffins and an apple juice machine that was broken down. The only positive is that Culver's is in the same parking lot. Other than that. Stay somewhere else!!!!
