Quiet and comfortable. Views were great and it is perfectly located to restaurants and entertainment.

the stay was perfect only concern was that the hotel doesn't have its own parking garage but there is a neighboring hotel that can be used

We showed up at 4pm, I had prepaid the room on Expedia, and they said they were overbooked. Said they had a reservation for us at another Hyatt, complimentary. But that other Hyatt was significantly further from the football stadium, where we were going to a game. We showed up at the other Hyatt and were charged more than what we had paid to Expedia. I haven't gotten a refund yet. The hotel's phone doesn't work! Expedia has been working hard to get me a refund. Even Expedia's phone call to the hotel wouldn't go through!

Was pleasantly surprised with the room quality. Close to US Bank Stadium. Great staff. Definitely will stay again.
