Great place but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working.

Jennifer at the Front Desk gave me such exemplary service with some Cell Phone issues I was having that I will always return to this Hotel on every trip I make to the Twin Cities

Lobby-very clean neat. Hall carpets need cleaning or replace. Room 204, usb plug in by bed left side didn’t have power. Bath room very clean

Decent hotel if you have a car or are looking to Uber everywhere. Lots of good restaurants about 10 mins away by car, with only a couple of walkable options. Property has had some updates, room was clean, staff were friendly. Some updates (elevators) were skipped and the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Breakfast should have been included for what we paid. Staff was great though.
