Pool closed way too early. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Everything was done by credit cards you could not pay cash for anything on site. Also, you had to pay for parking separately when you’re ready to pay high price to stay at the resort

When I made the reservation they never told me I had to pay 50$ for each cold and adult for the pool had asked before was there a separate charge was told no day of check was when I was informed us had I know this before I would’ve never paid in advance when asked if I could get a refund i was told I had to pay an additional 150$ if I wanted my refund ,$100 for damage deposit which I paid in advance didn’t get to stay at hotel I refused to pay any more money ITS NOT WORTH IT THE PRICE…Thanks you ruined my son’s birthday

Regarding the refund and damage deposit, I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused. I do have in our records that you stay for 1 night, I do see the incidentals were not charged for this reservation. I see your reservation did not have a credit card on file and the 150 for wristbands were never charged and also there was not a 100 deposit taken from your card. Once again, I am truly sorry for the negative impact this had on your son’s birthday. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our services.

We had a great time at the water park. I love how the kids park had slides that were similar to the adult slides. I know my grandkids were not bored!
I was not impressed with the additional costs for food and drinks at the hotel. I did appreciate that we could bring in food and drinks to the water park area, but we would have spent more money at the hotel had the prices been more affordable. The cost of the rooms and/or water park was enough.
Overall, we had a great time!

This is the perfect place for families! The staff and guest are so kind. They have something for everyone. PM kids dance parties were our personal favorite!

The room we were in did not have hot water, we talked to the front desk, two times, when asked if we could get refunded or comped they said we needed to go through Expedia.

Nice staffs, clean and kid's friendly. Waterpark is clean, lifeguards does a excellent job at keeping their eyes on the kids while swimming down the lazy river.
