Didn’t like that we had to use valet parking for additional costs on the stay but loved the social hour they provided so it washed it out!!

Great property. Check in was very fast. Front desk was friendly. Room was nice. Convenient location. The only disappointments were the poor service at the hotel bar, I was completely ignored by the bar staff (there are so many other places downtown so skip the hotel bar). The other issue was the valet ($55) so unorganized and poor service, had to wait in a very long line to get car( I expected more for $55, park somewhere else)

The only thing was that the bathroom doors don’t close all the way everything else was great!

Being forced to pay for parking after paying for the room isnt right. The location was perfect for our concert at the Target Center. The room was freezing and the heater didnt work at all. I called the front desk and theybstated they would send up maintenance. After about 20 minutes maintenance shows messes around with radiator and plugs in a space heater that stopped working after 2 min so no heat all night. Froze my butt off. The bed was also hard as a rock, just felt like they tried class and ended up with trash. Never stay again!

Great stay I would consider Embassy suites again, Very clean and spacious also the architectural estetic historical features nice.

The bathroom sink didn't have hot water, only one knob worked. Couldn't get hand soap out of the bottle.
Everything else was phenomenal.
