They get a 4 star vs 5 for charging guest for parking in the ramp, when no guests park for free.

Thank you for your feedback! we do charge for overnight parking to maintain the upkeep and cost of the parking ramp to allow guests to have covered parking, as stated when booking. I hope you enjoyed your stay and to welcome you back again soon.

Much more than we expected. Loved the filtered water in the room, comfy beds, huge shower, and staff were so friendly.
