I think you should find a way to have a heated pool. The water was so cold i couldnt enjoy it, so i went and got in the hot tub. The water in the hot tub was luke warm at best. This is my only complaint during my stay.

The initial appearance of the room was good until you look close. There were stains in the carpet and ceiling. There was a bed bug in the crease of one of the chairs. The lamp had spider/dust webs in the shade. The vanity mirror in the bathroom did not work. There was chipped paint by the lock on the outside of the door,which can bring a sense of uneasiness. My stay was very short, an overnight stay but I will never return to a Crown Plaza unfortunately. The ratings on expedia were deceiving.

Close to the air port and offers long stay parking at a price of $20 per day

Some of the staff was great like Christian who was doing a double and didn't have a club about how breakfast works,but she did and amazing job..And Brain at the front desk was nothing but amazing he let me check in early with no charge he let me use 2 of my breakfast voucher on the same day only cause I was going to be at they hotel for breakfast this morning my flight was at 7am..The room i was in the wallpaper was peeling,Cob webs in the lobby window seall It was yo many not to see,so tbat lets me know they font dust..They pool and hot tub look old and out of date..Then I ask the other front desk guy about the breakfast voucher (that I paid for) and he asnwer me like he haf an attitude...(it was not Brain tho)No dog park for my dog but the hotel is dog friendly.. I will never stay back at this hotel..Thank you

Stayed for one night. Shuttle was easy and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Reception staff and wait staff in the hotel restaurant were friendly and helpful. The room- the area the room was in was dark and run down in the corridor. There were machines in the hallway making noise, it looked like they were de humidifiers. The skirting boards were torn off and some rooms had doors open. This was not mentioned when given the room. It would have been nice to have been told so I could decide to change room or be prepared. In the room I had (226 )it was mostly up to date but the wallpaper was peeling off in areas. I assume the whole area had some sort of damp or leak problem. Once in the room, the noise of the machines could be heard which I nearly went to change rooms, but as it was white noise and I was jet lagged it didn’t bother me that night. The cleanliness of the room was ok but I noticed that there was litter in the bathroom waste bin and behind a chair hasn’t been vacuumed. Food in restaurant was good. Overall a good experience but I can’t give it higher stars which is a shame.
