Biggest deterrent is horrible parking for guests.
The ambience of the refurbished building is wonderful. Arriving later in the day or evening to check in will have you questioning why you booked a room here. You will be competing with venues in the immediate area to park.
Night time is the worse, especially if you making sure your vehicle will not be ticketed or worse.
They do have "overflow parking" 2 blocks away, however will need to rely on a shuttle.

This was our second or third stay over the years. Its clean, quiet and out of the way. Very accommodating for our accessibility needs.

The facility still look dated around the desk area and is located right next to kind of an industrial area. Was a little hard to find but not bad. That’s it. Very nice room loved it. All in all 3 to 5 so great great marks.
