"A friend and I booked a room at the Ivy as a treat while we were in Minneapolis for a hockey tournament and it did not disappoint! Probably the most attentive, professional and just plain sweet staff you could ask for from the valets / doormen to the front desk and restaurant staff. "This hotel is in need of maintenance, it is old and needs to be remodeled. The basketball court is falling down and that is why I rent it, so my children can play, and parking is very expensive and is not included."
