"The best hotel experience we've had in Okinawa. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Incredible breakfast variety (both options), quality, and consistency. Kind staff, and comfort of choosing your own toiletries. Tourist and small grocery shop on premesis. The spa is also reasonably priced for the variety offered; very refreshing and a great compliment to the outdoor and indoor pools. Just wish it was open earlier in the day!"

"Before we arrived I had contacted the hotel concierge to arrange transport to & from the hotel and a few restaurant bookings. The staff could not of been more helpful in arranging this and a small surprise for my husband on our honeymoon. We were picked up by the hotel and the driver was polite and courteous. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted so warmily be multiple staff, our bags were whisked away, we were given a welcome drink whilst we waited in the comfortable lobby to check in. The hotel is beautiful, it exceeded all our expectations and the restaurants are fantastic (we highly recommend Shiroux). The biggest asset of this hotel is it's staff. Everyone we met was pleasant, chatty and could not do enough to assist you. The hotel left a lovely gift for us to celebrate our honeymoon and the staff always congratulated us and made a special effort at dinner. Even just going for a stroll, the staff would say hello and have a conversation. We throughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone, especially the snorkelling. We will definitely be back for our anniversary in a few years! "
