"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. For the price it was good value and exactly where we wanted it, the north end of town close enough to Mandalay Hill to walk it and away from the busy city. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. "Nice location and clean. Bathroom could have an update, but acceptable. Staff is super good. After being ripped off by a tutu driver, the hotel front desk helped booked a nice driver who took us to see 4 cities with a reasonable price for the second day. "

The front desk staff are very helpful in arranging local car and intercity bus tickets There is not much eateries nearby but you can find a lot of street foods and fruit stalls from the afternoon. There is also a Aeon Supermarket within few minutes walk. However, one bad thing is there are some loudspeakers in that area and they are playing loudly in the mid night and I can hear some of the noises inside the room."

"The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled. "
